Front and center is the Garmin navigation display, complemented by the Fusion stereo interface and Yamaha digital engine management system for at-a-glance monitoring. The adjustable steering wheel is flanked by intuitive controls—throttles to starboard, with bow thruster, trim, and switching systems conveniently positioned to port.
A sliding side door at the helm provides immediate access to the side deck, making single-handed docking and line handling simple, safe, and efficient.
Salon
Bright Salon & Functional Galley
The salon is filled with natural light, offering panoramic views that create an open, inviting atmosphere rarely found in this size range. Designed for both comfort and practicality, this space is ideal for weekend getaways, coastal cruising, or extended adventures like the Great Loop or Bahamas crossings.
The layout maximizes usable living space without ever feeling confined. Large hull windows, opening side windows, and expansive sunroofs bring the outside in, while maintaining a seamless flow between the cockpit and interior.
The galley is both functional and well-appointed, featuring a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, a generous sink, and ample storage for extended trips.
A versatile companion seat converts to face forward while underway or aft to join the dinette, creating comfortable seating for four. The dinette also converts into an additional berth, allowing for extra overnight accommodations when needed.
Staterooms and Head
Sleeping 6 to 8 with Privacy and a Commodious Head.
Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, this NC 1095 offers accommodations for up to 6–8 guests—an impressive capability in a 34-foot platform. Three well-appointed private cabins, each with large windows, provide a bright and comfortable retreat for owners and guests alike.
Aft, you’ll find two generous guest cabins featuring oversized full berths, allowing adults to sleep comfortably. The starboard cabin also conceals a convenient refrigerator/freezer—ideal for extended cruising and additional provisions.
Forward, the master stateroom features a walk-around island berth, enhanced by large hull windows and an oversized overhead hatch that flood the space with natural light and fresh air.
The head compartment is equally impressive, offering a level of space and comfort rarely found in this class. It features a modern bowl sink, electric marine toilet, and a separate enclosed shower—an uncommon luxury on a vessel of this size. Two large windows and an opening port provide excellent ventilation and natural light.
On Deck

Moving aft along the starboard side, you’ll appreciate the extra-wide side deck made possible by the NC 1095’s clever offset cabin design. An inward-opening boarding door adds both convenience and safety when coming alongside or handling lines.
The cockpit is designed for entertaining, featuring a spacious L-shaped settee with a dining table—ideal for alfresco meals, sunset cocktails, or relaxing with guests.
To starboard, a transom gate leads to a wide, unobstructed walkway and a generous swim platform. Equipped with a sturdy pull-out ladder, it provides easy water access and effortless boarding from floating docks.

One of Alan’s greatest joy is sharing the yachting lifestyle—from introducing newcomers to their first boating experience to exchanging sea stories with seasoned sailors. With a lifetime spent on the water and a customer-focused approach honed through decades of entrepreneurial success, Alan brings deep experience and a personal touch to every client relationship.
Raised in Miami, Florida, Alan was cruising to the Bahamas before he could ride a bike. His early boating education came aboard an impressive fleet of family vessels, including a 42’ Irwin Ketch, 36’ Grand Banks, 42’ Hatteras LRC, 58’ Cheoy Lee, and his grandfather’s 76’ Huckins. By the time he was a teenager, Alan was teaching sailing and waterskiing during summer breaks—further strengthening his lifelong bond with the water.
Alan discovered Saint Petersburg while attending Eckerd College and quickly fell in love with its vibrant boating community. After graduation, he launched a successful chain of retail furniture stores in Phoenix, Arizona, guided by two core principles: offer the best products and deliver exceptional service. Even as his business grew, the ocean kept calling. Alan structured his company to operate remotely, often working from his boat in the Florida Keys or the Bahamas—long before “remote work” was common.
Throughout the years, Alan has owned and maintained a variety of vessels, including a Hewes Redfisher, 31’ Fountain, 35’ Contender, 26’ Intrepid, and a Bertram 510. His time in the Out Islands gave him hands-on experience with nearly every onboard system—from diesel engine maintenance and generator repair to line splicing and antenna installation. His children grew up exploring the Bahamas as naturally as their own backyard.
After nearly 30 years in retail, Alan returned full-time to his first love: boating. As a yacht broker, he combines his business acumen, technical know-how, and deep-rooted passion for the sea to help others find the right boat for their needs. Whether it’s your first vessel or your next adventure, Alan is committed to making your yachting experience smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable.
