Description
Built-to-Suit Axopar 38
The Axopar 38 represents the evolution of everything Axopar has learned from the hugely successful 37 and flagship 45—bringing together confident performance, intelligent design, and everyday usability in one exceptionally well-balanced platform.
On the water, the updated hull delivers a composed, predictable ride with noticeably improved comfort at speed. Compared to the Axopar 37, the 38 feels larger and more substantial, while in many conditions its seakeeping characteristics approach those of the Axopar 45—particularly when running in open water. The result is a boat that inspires confidence whether cruising locally or pushing farther offshore.
Throughout the deck and pilothouse, the Axopar 38 is designed around how owners actually use their boats. New features such as the openable aft pilothouse window create a stronger connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, while revised seating layouts offer more functional social areas without compromising safe movement around the boat. Thoughtful details—like forward-facing fenderbox bench seats and a convertible pilothouse table that transforms into a lounge—showcase Axopar’s focus on flexibility and real-world practicality.
Performance and versatility remain core strengths of the platform. The Axopar 38 delivers impressive speed and efficiency even when fully loaded, proving its capabilities extend well beyond the spec sheet. With modular layouts, activity platforms, generous storage, and the ability to tailor the boat to your exact needs, the Axopar 38 stands out as an ideal solution for day boating, coastal cruising, and active time on the water.
Offered built to suit, this Axopar 38 can be configured to match your boating style—from propulsion and layout to colors, options, and accessories.

Ben attended St. Lawrence University and graduated with an economics degree. After spending his college years landlocked in upstate New York, Ben was eager to get back on the water. Since graduation, Ben has worked, lived, and raced on an assortment of boats. Ben delivered several boats to the Caribbean, where he later spent time working on boats of all shapes and sizes and racing as a bowman on Kialoa V, an 80’ maxi race boat. Prior to joining the ECYS team, Ben was one of three captains running a twelve-boat program. When he wasn't traveling to Europe as shore team manager on a RC44, Ben was running a J122 and a Grand Banks 49 Eastbay, serving as mate on a Lyman Morse 90’, and maintaining several center consoles. Given his background, Ben’s wide range of skills and unique experiences bring a different perspective to his customers.
