Chris was born and raised around the Chesapeake, spending much of his childhood on the water—sailing with his parents and cruising on powerboats with his grandfather. After graduating from college, what was meant to be a summer job selling boats quickly turned into a lifelong career. Chris immersed himself in the industry, learning everything he could about every type of boat.
In 2001, he founded Intrinsic Yacht & Ship, starting with a small group of loyal clients whom he guided through buying and selling boats time and again. As the business grew, so did his team, expanding into full-service brokerage and maintenance operations.
Today, boating remains one of Chris’s greatest passions—especially sportfishing, where he’s competed in countless tournaments throughout the Mid-Atlantic with impressive results. When he’s not at the helm or helping clients find their perfect boat, you can find Chris spending quality time on the water with his wife and twins.
With decades of hands-on experience, deep product knowledge, and a lifetime spent around boats, Chris brings unmatched expertise and enthusiasm to every client relationship.
