- Vacuum-Resin Infusion: The hull and deck are vacuum-infused with premium Vinylester resin, creating a superior resin-to-glass ratio. This process eliminates air voids and results in a structure that is significantly lighter and stiffer than traditional hand-laid fiberglass.
- Twin-Step Hull: Featuring a 25-degree deadrise and a race-proven twin-stepped design, the hull generates a cushion of air that reduces drag and allows for an impressive 85 MPH top speed while maintaining unwavering stability.
- DIAB Foam Coring: Moisture-resistant DIAB foam coring is used throughout the build to provide maximum structural integrity and sound dampening without the weight of traditional wood coring.
Custom Power & Mechanical Upgrades
- Tuned Mercury Verados: Originally 350HP units, these engines have been professionally tuned to 400HP each (800HP total). This modification provides the aggressive holeshot and top-end performance usually reserved for Racing-spec outboards.
