Walkthrough
Boarding from the stern, the aft deck is spacious and perfect for outside dining, entertaining, fishing, diving, and snorkeling. A large transom door makes boarding easy, simple and safe.
As you enter the double sliding doors into the salon, you have a large leather built-in sofa to the starboard side and two comfortable chairs to port.
Up two steps you enter the pilothouse, galley and dinette area. The dinette is opposite the galley in the wheelhouse and is open to the salon which makes this perfect for entertaining.
There is great visibility from this helm.
Continuing forward you will find a large queen size VIP stateroom with high gloss woodwork throughout. To the port side is a cozy cabin with bunk beds. There is a full head/shower stall to starboard.
From the salon there is a private stairwell leading to a spacious mid ship master and private head.
The flybridge is covered by a new bimini top and fresh upholstery.
Room for a tender. There is also an electric grill and storage below.

Thank you for considering me for your upcoming yacht transaction. Many people ask me about my background and experience in the yachting industry. Here is a brief explanation of my background.
First of all I never to have ALL the answers to every situation but I have surrounded myself for the last decade with a group of successful professionals who have an enormous amount of knowledge.
My training in the industry consists of thousands of hours of motivational, sales training and sales psychology training. This training was performed by some of the top trainers in the U.S.A. I am not only a graduate of Dale Carnegie Course but also have worked as an assistant instructor in their effective speaking and human relation courses.
I have always had a wide variety of interests and accomplishments that I feel help to contribute to a well‐balanced lifestyle. Some of these include obtaining my private pilot’s license, US Coast Guard 100 ton Captain License, Padi Dive instructor Certificate, Real Estate licenses in NC, SC and Roatan, Honduras. I lived abroad for 10 years and can understand and appreciate the different cultures around the world. I have been a boat owner since I was 12 years old.
I am one of the few Yacht brokers that has ACTUALLY owned a yacht. (72' Westbay Sonship) I have walked in your shoes, through the buying, selling and refitting process.
