Since 1982, the Palm Beach International Boat Show has grown to occupy a dominant position in South Florida as both a leader in the boating and marine industry, and as an economic engine to the Palm Beach community and the tri-county area. An analysis of the boat show from 2022 showed that the event has an estimated total statewide economic impact of over $1.05 billion. With over 55,000 visitors attending the show in previous years, this has contributed to over $725 million in total sales resulting from the show.
Owned by the Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County and produced by Informa Markets, the Palm Beach International Boat Show will be taking place along Flagler Drive in Downtown West Palm Beach, directly across the Intracoastal Waterway from Palm Beach Island.

Growing up in a small town in rural Minnesota you would think boating would not be a passion, but then again with 10,000 lakes, numerous rivers and one of the most scenic Great Lakes in this country, this was the training grounds Brent was blessed with and had the ultimate opportunity to enjoy.
Attending College in South Louisiana and enjoying a wonderful career as a Golf Professional, life took on new challenges and career changes and Brent discovered the one passion that had never left... his desire for yachting and exploring the world.
Coming to South Florida and working for the largest boat retailer in the world for over 16 years he was able to cultivate the knowledge and passion he has for Yachting. He gained extensive product knowledge that built lasting relationships with some of the most well known yacht builders in he world, from Sea Ray, Hatteras yachts, Cabo Yachts, Azimut, Ocean Alexander, Sunseeker and many other premium custom builders. These relations are the foundation of what is most important to Brent in building long term client relationships. In 2009 Brent was awarded the Cabo Yachts Domestic Sales Person of the Year achievement award.
