Rich Lucas is originally from West Babylon, New York. Rich has been around boats, “Since I was a young boy.” He retired from the NYPD Marine Unit in 2004, has owned and operated a charter boat company, has a 100-ton Mas- ters Captain’s License, and has fished the tournament circuit.
