Today, this family-owned and -operated yacht company is a world leader in semi-custom fiberglass yacht production with over 4,000 boats delivered. To the passionate owners of these yachts, the word “Viking” is synonymous with “excellence”.
Viking has packed a lot of amenities into its 60 Convertible sportfishing yacht – details that will impress both the serious offshore angler and the coastal cruiser. Its spacious flybridge offers plenty of storage, as well as wide sightlines that give captains more than ample visibility from the helm. The cockpit incorporates a mezzanine that provides seating shaded by a wide overhang. A freezer and refrigerated drinks box are hidden under the settee. The cockpit has 170 square feet of clean fishing area. Inside, the 60 Convertible’s salon features a settee located aft of the large dinette, as well as a spacious U-shaped galley. There are easily accessible under-counter refrigerator and freezer drawers that don’t interrupt the views through the large windows. The galley also has a stove and sink mounted in the granite countertop.

Tony was born and raised in Miami, Florida and has always had a passion for fishing. He started his sport-fishing career as a mate in the Florida Keys at the age of 17. Wishing to further his career in the industry, Tony obtained his captains license in 1995. Since then, he has captained yachts from Florida to the northeastern states, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and South America before landing in Costa Rica in 2001. Tony fell in love with the fishing, the people, and the lifestyle in Costa Rica so he decided to stay and call it home. He now resides full time in Herradura near Los Suensos Marina.
For the past 12 years, Tony has fished the waters from Panama to Baja, California. In these fisheries, he has won many tournaments and captained a world record women's Stripe Marlin on 6#. Tony's passion for fishing and his knowledge of sportfishing yachts has recently forged a relationship with Galati Yacht Sales and he is now currently a sales professional for their company. Tony is fluent in both English and Spanish languages and his sales focus is in Costa Rica and other Central and Latin American countries. Tony consistently continues to further his education and career in yacht sales. He is recent graduate of the highly regarded Yacht Brokers Institute.
