Acommodations & Walkthrough
The Island Packet 320 follows the design philosophy that started with the 350.
It features a private forward private cabin with a pullman double berth and a hanging locker plus a cabinet and additional storage under the berth. The cabin has great light and ventilation.
The Head follows aft on port with shower, commode and sink and good more storage.
Aft is the Saloon with a dining area to port with room to seat 7 for dinner and at a table that stores folded against the bulkhead when not in use. Like the forward cabin there are opening ports and hatches for good light and ventilation.
The U-shaped Galley follows on starboard with great work area and storage, a 2-burner propane stove/oven, and refrigeration/freezer. Again, you will find good light and ventilation.
The 4-step companionway allows safe and easy access to the cockpit. It divides the galley from the entrance to the aft-cabin.
The port side aft cabin features an athwartship double berth with exceptional ventilation and light as well as another hanging locker and bureau styled cabinet!
Kalorama is a very cleverly designed 32. which has the features and feel of a larger boat.
The Cockpit is plenty large for family and crew and of course sailing, entertaining and it is large enough for that lovely afternoon nap.

I have been lucky to be near the water all my life. As a kid, I fished and waterskied on Rehoboth Bay, and as a teenager I learned to sail a Sunfish on the Chesapeake off Howell Point. I became a Sea Explorer and was introduced to both sailboat racing and cruising. I later joined the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary teaching sailing in Wilmington and Newark, Delaware. I have raced and cruised and made yacht deliveries up and down the East Coast. My time on the water has always been very important to me.
After college, a stint in the Air Force, a period of public service, bicycle racing and ownership of the Admore Bike Shop, I joined the marine industry in 1988. Initially, I sold Hunters and Xalinas, and Morgans in Havre de Grace before moving with my wife, Janet, in 1994 from Havre de Grace to Rock Hall, Maryland, to join Gratitude Yachting Center and then, in 2013, I joined S&J Yachts. I have been selling yachts for a quarter of a century. With these 25 years of experience, I can help you make the very best yacht selection – matching your plans and dreams to your new sail or power yacht.
