1980 Bristol 35' (10.67 m) 35.5 Keel/CB
Rochester, New York, United States
Wilemar
Wilemar is a fantastic example of the popular Ted Hood centerboard design, providing shoal draft sailing and uncommon upwind sailing abilities in a boat that is both practical and comfortable. Jack Horner compared the Bristol 35.5 to a Lincoln Town Car - it’s conservative in it's design, a little on

Description
This Ted Hood classic was in production from 1978 - 1996, with 183 boats built. Completed in 1980, Wilemar is Hull #72. Her current owners bought her to Lake Ontario over 20 years ago, and have sailed her here in fresh water since then.
Overall, this boat has seen little use in the past few years. She had good bones, the exterior brightwork is flawless! The engine has been well maintained by On-Site Marine and is strong.
Wilemar is a very capable coastal cruisers and needs a new owner that can appreciate her virtues!

A native of northern New Jersey, Corbo was introduced to sailing shortly after graduating Ithaca College and became obsessed with sailing. Crewing whenever opportunity arose he also bought and campaigned several one-design sailboats. While still sailboat racing whenever time allows on his J-70 “Late Life Crisis” he enjoys cruising with his wife Donna. They recently stumbled over to the “Dark Side”, trading in their Beneteau 37 for a Back Cove 37.
