Norm holds a 200 Ton Masters License, reflecting his high level of maritime competency. With over 40 years of experience as both a charter captain and delivery captain on yachts up to 95 feet in length, he brings exceptional expertise to the field. Additionally, he has spent 15 years as an ASA sailing instructor and certified powerboat instructor, sharing his knowledge and skills with aspiring sailors and powerboaters.
