Manufacturers Specs
From Powerboat Guide:
One of Sea Ray’s few motoryacht designs produced during the 1990s, the 370 Aft Cabin (called the 380 Aft Cabin in 2000–01) enjoyed modest success for Sea Ray during her production years. A blend of modern styling and comfortable accommodations, she was built on a fully cored deep-V hull with prop pockets to level the engines. The 370/380 is a big boat inside thanks to a wide 14'3" beam and relatively high freeboard. Both staterooms have walkaround double beds and generous storage. Only the aft head has a separate stall shower. On the port side across from the galley is a walk-in utility room containing a washer/dryer, countertop, storage and a pantry. (In 2000, this utility area was eliminated in favor of an enlarged salon.) The L-shaped sofa in the salon converts to a double bed at the push of a button, and a handy serving counter overlooks the galley. Topside, the Sea Ray’s covered aft deck features a molded bench seat, wet bar with ice maker, and solid wing doors. On the downside, the engine room — accessed from a gas-assist hatch in the salon sole — is a tight fit. MerCruiser 380hp gas inboards cruise at 16–18 knots, and Cat 340hp Cat diesels cruise at 20+ knots.

David likes to joke that he was born on the water and was sailing before he could walk. There may be some proof to that as his father and business partner Lee has circulated photos around the office of David single handing the families “sailing dinghy” at a very young age.
As a youngster, he became a successful sailor at the Thames Yacht Club (TYC) in New London, Ct. As a member of the TYC’s competitive sailing team racing Lasers, Blue Jays & 420’s. Through the years, he’s competed in countless one-design regattas, Block Island Race week, Off Soundings and even competed in 420 Nationals, where some of the most feverish competition was always expected.
During the “summer season” David could always be found somewhere on the water running boats all over New England, fishing, sailing, diving. At the young age of 15, David and his father Lee sailed the families J30 from New England to the West Coast of Florida where they set roots.
After spending the better part of two decades in various Executive Management & Sales positions in the mortgage lending/servicing and Default Asset Management space. Most recently serving as VP of Operations/Vendor Management for a National Default Asset Management Company and previously serving as the C.O.O. of a national asset disposition firm managing R.E.O. Properties for the nation’s largest financial institutions. David decided it was time to return to his passion of the marine industry.
With nearly 10 years of brokerage experience with some of Florida’s premier Yacht Sales Organizations, where he created the marketing and on-site display at Marina Jack, serving as the Edgewater Boats Product Line Manager. David also assisted with the Vicem & Marquis lines. David & Lee decided it was time to build their own brand and formed Professional Yacht Sales International in September of 2018.
David’s vast knowledge of both power and sailboaters’ needs gives our clients a comfort level that their best interests and Professional Representation are his primary concern. Regardless of which side of the transaction (buyer/seller/both) he is on, David brings his lifetime of experiences to every client relationship always putting the client’s needs first.
When he is not working (which is rarely) he is an avid boater, scuba diver & fisherman competing in local fishing tournaments.
