Sleeping accommodations for up to five include:
- Forward V-berth
- Opposing salon settees
- Sea-going quarter berth adjacent to the navigation station
The galley is functional and secure for offshore use and is equipped with a CNG stove. A dedicated navigation station provides an ideal workspace for passage making and cruise planning. Rich teak joinery throughout the cabin reflects Pacific Seacraft’s renowned build quality and craftsmanship.
Sailing Performance
The Pacific Seacraft 34 is known for balanced handling, a comfortable offshore motion, and confidence-inspiring heavy-weather performance. The cutter rig offers versatile sail combinations for varying conditions, while the canoe stern and skeg-hung rudder contribute to excellent tracking and control in following seas. Although designed as a serious cruising yacht rather than a light-air racer, the PS34 delivers strong upwind performance and a remarkably comfortable ride offshore. Owners consistently praise the design for being easy to single hand and exceptionally forgiving at sea.

Construction & Design
Built with Pacific Seacraft’s hallmark attention to quality, the hull is solid fiberglass with vinyl ester outer layers to help resist osmotic blistering. The lead ballast keel and skeg-hung rudder provide durability, directional stability, and offshore reliability. Deck construction features balsa coring, while the molded bulwark hull-to-deck joint enhances both structural integrity and on-deck security.
The Pacific Seacraft 34 remains one of the most respected classic offshore cruising sailboats on the market today, combining timeless aesthetics with true blue water capability.

Manufacturer’s Description
The Pacific Seacraft 34 has long been considered a benchmark offshore cruiser, with countless ocean passages and circumnavigations completed by this highly respected design. Combining traditional lines, robust construction, and outstanding offshore manners, the PS34 continues to hold its value and reputation among experienced sailors worldwide. If you are searching for a capable, beautifully built cruising sailboat with proven offshore pedigree, “Lou Ann” deserves serious consideration.
The asking price reflects the following items currently in need of attention:
- The refrigerator currently operates on 12V power only and does not function on shore power.
- During a previous transmission rebuild, water intrusion occurred through the shaft seal while the transmission was removed. Water rose to approximately one inch above the cabin sole for a short period. The marina’s marine service department promptly pumped out the water and professionally cleaned the affected areas.
