Description
Discover the perfect blend of style, performance, and weekend comfort with this highly sought-after 2005 Four Winns 268 Vista. A lifetime freshwater vessel that originated on Lake of the Ozarks and is now cruising Lake St. Clair, this boat has been professionally maintained and cared for with an open checkbook. Benefiting from indoor heated winter storage, this express cruiser is exceptionally clean inside and out and comes completely turnkey, including the trailer!
POWERBOAT GUIDE DESCRIPTION: A good-looking boat, the Four Winns 268 Vista manages to retain a relatively handsome profile in spite of the high freeboard required by boats of this type for interior headroom. This is a competitively priced family cruiser with an attractive mid-cabin interior and a comfortable cockpit. Built on a solid fiberglass deep-V hull, the 268 is trailerable thanks to her narrow 8'6" beam, but with a combined boat and trailer weight of over 8,000 pounds, a heavy-duty tow vehicle will be required for any trailering adventures. The cockpit of the 268 has more seating than many 26-footers thanks to a huge U-shaped aft settee that converts into a big sun lounge. Visibility from the helm is very good, and a walk-through windshield with molded steps next to the helm provides easy access to the foredeck. The interior, which is very well finished, comes with a V-berth, a full galley, dinette table and a head with shower. Additional features include an extended swim platform, transom door, foredeck sun pads and a transom storage compartment. Among several engine options, a single 280hp 5.7-liter I/O will cruise at 25 knots and reach a top speed of around 38 knots.

Founder Tom Dunigan's journey into the business started at a young age. He grew up on the water spending his summers at The Detroit Yacht Club and winters in Southwest Florida developing a strong passion for boating immediately. His teenage years were spent working at Hossack Marine Sales on Lake St. Clair and honed his skills through years of hands-on experience. In the spring of 2019, the boating community suffered the tragic loss of Scott Hossack, founder of Hossack Marine Sales who mentored Tom in the business. The impact Scott had on Tom inspired him to start the Dunigan Marine Group. The company started as a one-man operation specializing in brokerage services and the acclaimed Vessel Education Training. Today, Dunigan Marine has now grown to a multi personnel sales team serving all bodies of water in South East Michigan and their customers boating needs.
