A 43'' Vizio HDTV is in the main living room/kitchen area, with two 32" TVs in two of the three bedrooms. The Kitchen is equipped with Electric Appliances - Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker, and a Double Stainless Sink with a Char-Broil Gas Grill & Blackstone Gas Griddle both located outside. Comfort is provided by (3) Window Air Conditioning Units located throughout and Insulated Vinyl Windows have been added. This Floating Cabin is constructed on lumber decking and framing with styrofoam flotation and is in need of being reconstructed. Reconstruction is permitted through TVA. The permit can also be modified with TVA Approval to increase the Enclosed Space on Monolithic Frame to over 550sqft with reduction of Attached Dock(s) to a total of 400sqft & applicable modification fee paid to TVA.
