Born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida, fishing has always been in Drew Castle's blood. His grandfather lived in Cudjoe Key, and some of his earliest memories are chasing lobster, yellowtail, mangrove snapper, mahi, and sailfish through the Keys. He dropped back to his first sailfish at 11 years old and billfish have had him hooked ever since. Drew worked his way through high school and college on some of the best charter boats in Northeast Florida before transitioning to the private boat sector, eventually earning his Captain's license and stepping up to the bridge. His first captain job was aboard a 1960 Rybovich and he currently runs a 58' Weaver.
