Vessle Walkthrough
The boat is boarded from the bow outdoor deck. This full beam private deck offers a great space to hang and relax and dine alfresco when desired. The salon/country kitchen is entered through a large thermopane glass sliding door. To port is ample room for a sleep sofa, cocktail table and easy chair and modest dining table for 2-4. Opposite and to starboard is where the entertainment center is typically positioned. There is room for another chair here too. Moving aft and on this side is the country galley with sizeable L shaped counter and full appliances. A couple of bar stools/chairs will fit nicely on the end of the L. Opposite and to port is the full private bathroom with good sized shower stall, vanity and newer Incinolet toilet. Between galley and head is a nice looking wood ladder providing access to a large loft area useable for great storage and sleeping area for children if desired. Moving aft between ladder and fridge is the sliding privacy door to the master stateroom with several opening windows, washer/dryer, queen bed platform with more storage below, and a large and wide hanging closet.
Main Salon
This spacious open-concept living area features soaring ceilings with beautiful exposed beam rafters, creating an airy, expansive feel. Large sliding glass doors and multiple operable thermopane windows fill the space with natural light and provide stunning sunset views from both inside and out. Easy-care engineered wood flooring runs throughout, offering a warm, attractive look while allowing for flexible placement of area rugs. A newer ceiling fan with integrated lighting complements the exposed-beam design, and ample 110V GFCI-protected outlets are conveniently located throughout the space. Comfort is ensured year-round by a newer (September 2025) 15,000 BTU Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC system with remote control, delivering exceptional energy efficiency and substantial electricity savings. The home also features a full 120/220V electrical panel with circuit breakers. The versatile layout easily accommodates a sleeper sofa, entertainment center, additional seating, and a dining table, all conveniently located adjacent to the galley kitchen.
Galley
The spacious country-style kitchen is designed for both functionality and comfort, featuring full-size residential appliances and an expansive L-shaped counter that provides ample workspace for meal preparation, casual dining, or barstool seating. Abundant upper and lower cabinets, drawers, and additional upgraded cabinetry along the exterior of the L-shaped layout offer exceptional storage capacity. A conveniently located water heater is tucked away in a lower cabinet, maximizing available space and allowing for a larger primary closet. The kitchen also includes a large stainless-steel double sink, a full-size stainless-steel electric range with a true residential-sized oven, a stainless-steel over-the-range vent hood, and a spacious stainless-steel Haier refrigerator with dual lower freezer drawers that provide easy access to frozen foods and additional storage convenience.
Master Stateroom
The primary bedroom is bright and inviting, with beautiful natural light streaming through classic thermopane double-hung windows on two walls. A full bed platform provides generous storage space underneath, while a large primary closet offers ample room for clothing and personal belongings. Multiple 110V electrical outlets are conveniently located throughout the room, and an additional wall-mounted air conditioner is available for occasional supplemental cooling if desired. For added convenience, the bedroom includes a stacked washer/dryer combination unit for onboard laundry (please ask the broker for details). Easy-maintenance engineered wood flooring complements the space, and a sliding privacy door maximizes usable floor area while providing separation from the main living area without the space requirements of a traditional swinging door.
Bathroom
The bathroom combines comfort and practicality with a durable engineered wood floor that offers excellent water resistance and easy maintenance. A vanity with sink and storage below provides convenient space for toiletries and essentials, complemented by a wall mirror and a large stall-style shower. Natural light and ventilation flow through a residential-style thermopane double-hung window, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Additional features include a GFCI-protected 110V outlet and an exhaust vent fan for added comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a state-of-the-art Incinolet toilet, which eliminates the need for inconvenient waste pump-outs by reducing waste to a small amount of easily disposable ash. For owners who prefer a conventional marine toilet system, the existing 100-gallon waste holding tank remains in place and can be utilized for future conversion if desired.
Deck and Equipment
- Newer hull fender boards installed on all sides
- Newer inflatable fenders
- Newer upgraded power cord and power inlet into boat

Ever since first steering his grandfather’s 1963 Hatteras motor yacht at the age of nine, Ron Housman has devoted himself to a life on water. For the past 32 years, this Boston/Ft Lauderdale-based broker has lived on motor yachts year-round, giving him a considerable edge over the heavy competition within the yacht brokerage business. Ron now keeps a year-round home in Lauderdale and summers aboard “Mai Toi”, his 56’ Hatteras Motoryacht in New England during the warmer months. Ron, in addition to being a CPYB (certified professional yacht broker) is also a USCG-licensed captain for vessels up to 100 tons. When he is not enjoying the cruising lifestyle himself, he is chartering his yacht in Boston, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.
When recommending yachts for upscale clients – from sports stars and entertainers, to diplomats and business-people; he understands the world in which they operate.
“Because I live on a yacht, I understand what makes a yacht livable and conducive to spending more time on board,” says Ron. “I’ve been on 100-footers that feel like 70-footers, and 100-footers that feel like 130-footers – it’s all about layout and the ergonomics of the design.”
An eye for craftsmanship-
Before he launched Boston Yacht Consulting, Ron had his own custom furniture business for 25 years, designing high-end bespoke furniture and antique reproductions. This understanding of construction and craftsmanship makes him particularly skilled at vetting the quality of a yacht build and enables him to easily explain to clients exactly what they’re getting for their money. His commitment to red-carpet service extends to all aspects of his company, whether it’s finding a client the highest-quality vessel to suit their lifestyle, or helping those who dream of building their own luxury yacht.
As an affiliate of United Yacht Sales, the country’s largest yacht brokerage, Ron can access inside knowledge from a collegial network of professionals. But it’s the ongoing support that he offers beyond the sale that has enabled Ron to build and retain a loyal customer base. “I’m always available by phone, 24/7, to answer any question or take care of any problem that a client may have,” he says. “It’s as simple as that.”
Specializing in vessels from $500,000 to $100 million and beyond, Boston Yacht Consulting has the flexibility and authority to negotiate the best possible deals for its clients. A comprehensive consultation ensures the right fit and, as an instrument-rated private pilot with his own plane, Ron is able to fly his clients to inspect yachts all along the Eastern Seaboard.
A significant number of Ron’s clients are first-time yacht buyers and he’s passionate about sharing the calming powers of life at sea with them. “Being on the water, spending time on the water – it’s good for the soul,” says Ron. “I want people to experience that for themselves.”
