The Voith linear jet propulsion system gives Lady Sadie an extremely quiet and vibration free ride while allowing an incredibly shallow draft of 4'6". It is this low draft that makes her perfect for cruising to the most remote locations in the world. When you pair the drive system to her 12 cylinder MTU engines you get a cruise speed of 22kts all while being able to back her down to 10kts for a 2,800 mile range.
