Description
Poppy II is a beautifully maintained J/100, designed by renowned naval architect Robert Johnstone. Combining timeless, elegant lines with spirited performance, the J/100 is one of J Boats' most successful day sailors, offering the perfect balance of speed, simplicity, and comfort. Whether you're enjoying an afternoon sail with family and friends, racing around the buoys, or escaping for a weekend cruise, Poppy II delivers a rewarding sailing experience.
Her oversized cockpit is one of the largest in her class, providing ample seating and plenty of room for entertaining or relaxing under sail. The tiller steering offers exceptional feel and responsiveness, while the self-tacking roller-furling headsail makes short-handed or single-handed sailing remarkably easy. This is a boat that rewards experienced sailors yet remains approachable for those looking for uncomplicated, enjoyable sailing.
Below deck, the cabin is thoughtfully designed with functionality in mind. Long, comfortable settee berths, generous storage throughout, and an enclosed marine head make overnight trips both practical and comfortable. With accommodations suitable for two couples or a family of four on weekend adventures, Poppy II is far more capable than her sleek profile suggests.
She is currently in the water, fully commissioned, and ready to sail immediately. Don't miss the opportunity to own one of J Boats' most admired models—schedule your private showing today.
