Description
After five years of ownership, the sellers have placed their 2006 Hunter 45 Center Cockpit on the market. This boat is remarkable in that it has relatively little use, as is evidenced by the 340 hours on the Yanmar hour meter. The interior is quite spacious with enough headroom for even the taller members of the crew. One enters the main salon/galley area from the companionway with a well equipped Nav Station to port. Aft is the main stateroom with additional customized storage areas and a full head en suite. Forward of the main salon is a spacious V berth, additional storage and another head.
The sails are in excellent condition. The main sail features in mast furling. The Genoa is controlled via a Furlex 300S furling system. Solar panels and a wind turbine keep the AGM batteries topped off.
The sellers have made the following improvements and upgrades since purchasing the boat in 2021: New navigation system in 2022; AGM batteries, new main and Genoa and rigging in 2023; refrigerator in 2024; new windlass and engine starter and Solenoid and air conditioner pump in 2026.
