My Journey from Automotive to Boating
I was born and raised in Muskegon, Michigan, and I’m proud to call West Michigan home. My life and career have been built around hard work, building relationships, and treating people with honesty and respect.
For 28 years, I had the privilege of working in the automotive business, both servicing customers and helping them find the right vehicle for their needs. Over the years, I learned that selling is about much more than a transaction. It’s about listening, understanding what a customer is looking for, providing honest guidance, and earning their trust. The relationships I built with customers have always been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
In 2023, I decided it was time for a new chapter and made the transition from the automotive industry into the boating business. While the products are different, the foundation of good business remains the same. My years in the car business gave me valuable experience in sales, customer service, problem-solving, and, most importantly, understanding the importance of taking care of people.
Moving into the boating industry has allowed me to combine that experience with something that is deeply connected to the lifestyle of West Michigan. Being around the water, helping people find the right boat, and being part of their boating experience has made this transition an exciting new chapter in my career.
As I continue to grow in the boating business, my commitment remains the same as it was on day one of my automotive career: serve my customers with the utmost integrity, provide honest and knowledgeable service, and build relationships that last long after the sale.
I’m excited about what the future holds and look forward to helping customers not only find the right boat, but create memories that will last a lifetime.
