Swim Platform and Transom

Island Time is easily accessed by stepping onto the large aft swim platform. This area has fresh SeaDek (2022) surfaces and has two large storage bins accessed through easy lift hatches. Additionally a third access hatch opens to expose the stainless deployable swim ladder on the port side.

The transom area has a storage locker in the middle for spare parts, fenders, and lines. To the Starboard side of the transom there is a locker or the dual 30 amp shore power cord(included) and fresh water hookup for continuous cuty water while at the dock. To port side of the transom is the access door to enter the cockpit. Just inside this access door is a hot/cold fresh water deployable shower for rinsing off after a swim.

Cockpit area

Once you enter through the port side transom door, you will enter the spacious cockpit area. Immediately you will notice an expansive aea that feels much larger than a 37 foot yacht. The ceilings are 6'6" (throughout the boat) and there is wrap around seating aft to easily fit 8 adults. Looking forward to port, there is a wet bar, an undercounter U-line fridge, and above the wet bar a flat screen smart TV. There are two large storage lockers under the wet bar, and there is a 110v receptacle on both port and starboard areas in the cockpit. Flooring in this area is Sea Dek(2022), and the cockpit area is all enclosed in fresh isinglass and canvas(2026) giving excellent views. There is LED lighting in this area and a removable polished wood table for your guests.

Helm area

Two moulded steps up from the cockpit brings you to the spacious helm area. There is room for 2 adults at the Captains seat and to port room for 2 more adults in the companion seat. Sight lines for the Captain are excellent from all angles on this boat. Looking forward the isinglass in the helm area is in very good condition (2022). Sight lines backing into a slip are excellent as Isinglass is new (2026) and the Captain is elevated above his guests in the cockpit area.

Mercruiser smart gauges complement the Cruiser analog gauges, Garmin and Raymarine electronics are on the helm as well as a bow thruster control, and a remote controlled spot light. An Icom VHF radio is below the dash to starboard.

Access to the foredeck is convenient through a moulded step up to the centerline of the boat and through an openable forward window, all on Sea Dek surfaces(2022).

When not in use, a Sunbrella custom cover protects the helm area from the sun.

Salon

The salon is accessed through a folding companionway door on the port side. Once you enter, you will immediately notice the custom hardwood flooring throughout the interior(2022). This upgrade really makes this boat feel and look like a much newer high end yacht. Combine that with the high ceilings (6'6") and the overall well cared for interior soft goods, cabinetry and hardware, you will see this stands out from comparable Cruiser 370's and similar yachts in this size range.

To port is the galley which features a Dometic Fridge at chest height and a Wheyant freezer below. There is a 2 burner Princess electric cooktop, and a Magic Chef Microwave. A single bowl stainless sink with a removable Corian cover are featured as well as numerous cabinets and drawers for cookware, flatware, etc. A single 110V receptacle is also in the counter area.

To starboard in the salon is a large curved sofa with a table. Above this area are two large storage cabinets, a stereo system ( for the interior and cockpit areas) a centerline double cabinet, an openable port light and a sky light allowing natural lighting and ventilation. Additionally there are ceiling lights above this area for excellent lighting at night.

Aft in the salon and to centerline is another large sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa (54"X80"). This area also has a smart TV on an swivel arm that not only can be enjoyed by guests in this area, but can be opened out for all in the salon to see.

This area also has a cedar lined hanging locker to starboard, a deep storage cabinet to starboard ( for blankets, pillows etc.) and an openable port light.

The salon offers (2) 110V receptacles, one behind the main seating area and one to starboard at the sleeper sofa area.

The interior also features reverse cycle air conditioning and heat.

Bathroom

Island Time features a single bathroom with a separate shower stall. Once again, you will feel like you are on a much larger yacht as the ceiling hights are 6'6" and the bathroom feels larger than most in this size vessel.

There is a single bowl sink with storage below, a vacu flush toilet with a mirrored storage cabinet above it, an openable port light, and a sky light. The shower is a walk in with closable glass door, there is a moulded seat in the shower and a removable shower wand. There is a single 110V receptacle near the counter area. Flooring in the bathroom is custom as well (2022)

Forward berth

The forward berth features an offset bed to port, (60"x80") The custom hardwood floors continue into this area including the access steps up and around the bed. To starboard there is another Smart TV. There are (2) hanging lockers in this area (port and a cedar lined starboard) and deep drawers under the bed at floor level. An openable hatch is directly above the bed and there is ample ceiling lighting above the bed. The mattress is a Foam mattress recently replaced (2023)

Engine room

The engine room is accessed 2 ways. For a quick fluid check, eyes on the room, there is an openable hatch in the center of the cockpit area. To fully access the area, a powered lift cylinder will open the entire cockpit floor by means of a single switch located on the port side of the cockpit.

Once opened, you will have full access to all areas of the engine room. The battery bank( 2025/2024), battery control switches and charger are aft in the engine room, the fire suppression system is forward at the bulkhead, the main engines are both port and starboard and the generator is to starboard aft in this area ( the generator is out of service as reported by the owner)

Ground tackle

Ground tackle consists of a plow style anchor coupled to 30' of 5/16' chain and and 150' of 9/16 rode. The windlass is a Maxell vertical windlass with foot controls at the bow and remote controls at the helm.

Electronics

Island Time features an original Raymarine Chartplotter Radar system that has been reported as operational but in need of upgrade. She also features a smaller Garmin colored chartplotter that was installed by the current owner to navigate the local areas safely.

VHF is an ICOM unit fully operational.

Generator

The generator is a factory installed Kohler 6KW unit. As per the current owner,it failed survey when purchased in 2022 for the electrical end. As per the current owner, he winterized the engine and has not used it during his ownership.

A current survey will show it's present condition.

Exclusions

Owner excludes all personal items. These include dishware, cutlery, glassware, decorative pillows, and linens/blankets.

Owner also excludes all personal tools.

Owner will include spare parts, life jackets, fenders, lines, and all related safety equipment on board.
